24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver a compelling membership, fitness and retail experience to guests and members in our San Francisco club. You will build relationships, demonstrate value of our products, and drive acquisition and retention through a customer-centric approach.

In this role you will onboard new members, generate leads, explain offers, and meet sales goals while delivering outstanding service in a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of the fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers and POS systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.
• Team player with ability to work across departments.
• Knowledge of membership systems software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages guests with CARE sales model and explains fitness products and services.
• Tours facilities and registers guests through the digital kiosk.
• Enrolls members using sales techniques and adheres to MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities.
• Meets or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
