Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in the United States is hiring a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an engaging experience for guests and members, focusing on memberships, fitness products, and services that support their goals.

The SSE builds relationships, uses proven sales techniques, and meets or exceeds sales targets through personalized service, product knowledge, and club teamwork across the sales and service team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service within a fitness or retail setting.
• Familiarity with POS and membership systems required or preferred.
• CPR/AED certification within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests with CARE sales model and explain fitness offerings.
• On-board new members and support retention activities.
• Generate leads, set appointments, and promote campaigns.
• Provide friendly, informed service and maintain club standards.
