Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver outstanding sales and service to guests and members. You will guide members through membership, fitness, and retail options, building relationships and driving revenue while meeting and exceeding sales goals.

The role emphasizes on-boarding, lead generation, and exceptional member experience across club operations, with opportunities in commissions and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate POS System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the CARE sales model with each guest and relate how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tour potential members and describe facilities and services aligned to goals.
• Communicate membership and fitness offers using provided tools.
• Enroll guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Lead generation through community outreach, referrals, and promotions.
• Set appointments for leads and new business opportunities.
• Promote local and global marketing campaigns to leads and members.
• Manage leads using Lead Management System and daily planner.
• Achieve productivity goals.
