Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver a premium sales and service experience. You will engage guests with memberships, fitness and retail offerings, driving acquisition and retention while meeting revenue goals.

In this role, you will onboard new members, generate leads, and partner with club teams to provide a best-in-class member experience. A strong sales background and comfort with POS systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness or retail preferred.
• 1–2 years in service sales preferred.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment required.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products meet fitness needs.
• Tours prospects through the club describing facilities, equipment, and services.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques and adheres to MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and assists with retention activities to drive profitability.
