24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) in Pacifica, CA to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings, and drive member acquisition and retention while meeting revenue goals.

You will onboard new members, participate in local promotions, and use the CARE sales model to relate product value.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of service sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and Membership System software is preferred.

• Delivers an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Executes CARE sales model to relate product and service benefits.
• Tours members through the club and explains facilities and services.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Prospects and generates leads and sets appointments for new business opportunities.
