Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) at our Spring, TX club. You will deliver a comprehensive guest experience, promoting memberships, fitness and retail products while driving revenue within the club.

You will onboard new members, provide tours, enroll registrations, and follow MAP procedures to ensure a smooth sign-up. Strong sales and customer service skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CPR/AED within 60 days of employment.
• 1–2 years of service sales experience preferred in fitness/retail.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest to connect needs with products/services.
• Tour guests, describe facilities and services, and enroll members through the digital kiosk.
• Communicate offers clearly and enroll members following MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and support retention activities to drive club profitability.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Generate leads through community outreach, referrals, and on-site promotions.
• Partner with Sales and Service Manager to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
