Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Plano, TX seeks a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver a high‑quality sales and service experience to guests and members. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail products, and guide prospects through the CARE sales process to meet revenue goals.

You will onboard new members, drive retention, and actively generate leads through local outreach, promotions, and referrals while using the company's lead management system to track activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model to relate products/services to guests' fitness needs.
• Tours potential members and describes facility, equipment, and services.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using tools provided.
• Enrolls guests with sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and drives retention to support club profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Generate leads and set appointments from community outreach and promotions.
• Promote campaigns to leads and members and manage using lead system.
