Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is hiring a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver an outstanding sales and service experience for guests and members. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings, and work to acquire and retain members with a focus on achieving sales goals.

As part of a club team, you will onboard new members, explain the CARE model, and leverage promotions and digital tools to drive engagement and growth. This role involves a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of gym membership products and services.
• Ability to use POS and membership software effectively.
• CPR/AED certification is required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model to relate products and services to fitness needs.
• Tours potential members through the club and explains facilities and services.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Meets or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
