Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver exceptional sales and service to guests and members, guiding them through membership, fitness and retail offerings. You will build relationships, educate on benefits, and drive member acquisition and retention with dynamic engagement.

The role emphasizes on-boarding new members, promoting programs, and achieving sales targets within a club environment, contributing to profitable operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to operate POS (Point of Sale) System.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Enroll guests using company sales techniques and protocols.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities.
• Generate leads and set appointments for new business opportunities.
• Promote local marketing campaigns to leads and members.
• Provide a friendly, clean, and helpful member experience.
