You will execute membership-related activities, renewals, upgrades and cross-sell BJ's Loyalty Programs while handling returns, exchanges and general member inquiries with a strong emphasis on service excellence. Qualifications

• Front-line customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Results-driven with proven success in meeting goals.
• Basic math and computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute acquisition, renew, upgrade and cross-sell BJ's Loyalty Programs.
• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups and general member service inquiries.
• Provide excellent and efficient member service and resolve issues.
• Assist with Buy Online and Pick Up In Club (BOPIC) orders and maintain club policies.
