Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring at locations in Massachusetts for a Membership Associate role. You will promote and sell BJ’s membership programs, engage with Members to address questions, process renewals or upgrades, and ensure a positive shopping experience across the club.

Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition for acquisition, retention, perks, and the Member experience.
• Converts potential members by pitching all membership programs per company policies.
• Sells membership products to potential new and existing members with energy and determination.
• Drives toward goal achievement based on established benchmarks and results.
• Delivers superior customer service to Members handling inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Follows club policies and procedures, maintains safe and positive environment for members.
