Job summary

American Family Fitness in Richmond, VA seeks a Membership Advisor to drive new member enrollments and support retention. The role requires a positive, energetic approach, facility tours, and active prospecting to meet daily targets.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of sales experience, CPR/AED certification within 60 days, and a readiness to work within club policies. Compensation includes an hourly base with commissions and a structured progression path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience.
• CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Salary history will not be requested or used in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming, positive attitude.
• Provide effective facility tours and match prospective members with appropriate memberships.
• Generate new sales leads and maintain daily appointments; perform at least 50 touches per day.
• Follow up with prospects within 48 hours via phone or written correspondence.
• Input and manage weekly schedule in the club’s scheduling platform and maintain records.
