Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking a Membership Sales Associate to grow our membership base by serving as the first contact for prospective members. You will deliver a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text, guiding qualified prospects through enrollment and coordinating with senior Membership Directors.

This is an ideal role for an early-career sales professional learning consultative selling in premium healthcare, with a clear growth path to a Membership Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience responding to inbound leads and supporting a sales process preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus (training provided).
• Willing to work a fixed weekly schedule including weekends/evenings.
• Pacific Time working hours required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for inbound membership inquiries, delivering a white-glove, responsive experience via phone, email, and text
• Support efforts to improve speed-to-lead by promptly responding to new inquiries and scheduling conversations with prospective members
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospective members’ needs, priorities, and interest in Sollis’ services
• Educate prospective members on Sollis’ care model, services, physician access, and membership benefits
• Guide qualified prospects through the enrollment process for appropriate membership offerings
• Collaborate with senior Membership Directors to support complex or high-touch member conversations as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all outreach, follow-ups, and activity in Salesforce
• Participate in tours of Sollis facilities when requested (if located in one of our markets)
• Partner with Member Services, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated onboarding experience for new members
• Provide feedback on lead quality, member questions, and common objections to help improve sales processes and marketing materials
• Represent Sollis professionally and empathetically in all member-facing interactions
