Job summary

Equinox in the United States seeks a full-time Membership Sales Advisor who is passionate about health and fitness. You will be the brand ambassador, know all amenities, and build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to maximize their Equinox experience.

You will drive membership sales, host events, and generate referrals, reporting to a General Manager with support from regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Energetic, personable, and friendly with a passion for health.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
