Equinox in New York is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor who is passionate about health and fitness and can build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to maximize their Equinox experience.

You will drive membership sales, host events for lead generation, and strive to meet or exceed individual sales goals while staying knowledgeable about all club services and programs. Evening/weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive for results.
• Confident to perform on an incentive-based salary and achieve targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable, and friendly disposition with a team mindset.
• Passion for health and fitness and helping others improve.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work the last 4 days of each month.

Responsabilités

• Sell club memberships and ancillary packages to prospective clients.
• Prospect new business and nurture relationships with clients.
• Host events/workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and renewals.
• Plan monthly outreach and secure member referrals.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with members.
