Job summary

Equinox in Boston, MA seeks a full-time Membership Sales Advisor who is passionate about health and fitness and can drive membership growth. You will be the club’s brand ambassador, knowledgeable about amenities and programs, and responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members.

You will work to achieve monthly sales goals, renewals, and ancillary services, with pre-planned outreach and events to generate in-club leads; success depends on rapport, product

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of membership sales experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
• Enjoy working within a team.
• Strong time management skills and practices.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work the last 4 days of each month.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and ancillary business packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products.
