Job summary

Equinox in New York City is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor who will act as a brand ambassador for health and fitness. You will guide prospective and current members through club amenities, build lasting relationships, and maximize their Equinox experience.

The role targets monthly goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and referrals from events, under GM and Regional Sales Manager supervision. A dynamic, team‑oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to achieve targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable, and friendly disposition.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and ancillary packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events/workshops for lead generation.
• Meet or exceed sales, renewals, and ancillary service goals.
• Plan monthly outreach and secure member referrals.
• Build rapport with prospective and current members.
