Job summary

Club Pilates Brea is seeking a Sales Representative to welcome prospective members, present the Club Pilates experience, and help members find the best fit membership. You will build relationships, drive memberships, and contribute to studio growth with a warm, energetic presence.

You will generate leads, tour studios, and close sales while delivering exceptional service and representing the brand at local events in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Previous fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales experience.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Confidence closing sales and achieving performance goals.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and note-taking.
• Ability to learn and utilize ClubReady software.

Responsibilities

• Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales.
• Conduct engaging studio tours tailored to prospective members' goals.
• Build relationships with prospects and members to create long-term loyalty.
• Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, and follow-ups).
• Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, and programs.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from inquiry to ongoing support.
• Represent Club Pilates at community events and partnerships.
