Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Greenwich, CT is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Advisor. You will be the brand ambassador, selling club memberships, building relationships with prospective and existing members, and driving referrals through events and workshops.

You will work under a General Manager and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and sales team. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication, and a passion for health and fitness, with availability to work

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships to prospective and current members.
• Prospect new business and clients and host events/workshops for lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and renewals; manage referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with members and contribute to retention.
