Equinox is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Advisor in Armonk, NY who will be a brand ambassador, passionate about health and fitness, and skilled at building relationships to maximize member engagement and memberships.

You will drive sales through pre-planning, in-club lead generation, and referrals, working under a General Manager with support from a Regional Sales Manager and sales team. A strong service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
• Personal passion for health and fitness.
• Enjoy working within a team.
• Strong time management skills and practices.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work the last 4 days of each month.

Aufgaben

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host in-club events and workshops for lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Pre-plan monthly outreach and secure member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with members.
• Work under the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager while participating in all club services.
