Job summary

Equinox Fenway is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Advisor who embodies our health and fitness ethos. You will champion the club’s amenities and programs while building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to enhance their Equinox experience.

You will drive membership sales, renewals and ancillary services through strategic outreach, in-club events and referrals, working with the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to support a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of membership sales experience.
• Must be in good standing (no RODs in the last six months).
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Confident to perform on an incentive-based salary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable and friendly disposition.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work the last 4 days of each month.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and ancillary packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
