Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in San Francisco, CA is seeking Membership Sales Advisors for our Equinox Sports Club. You will work to achieve membership sales goals, renewals, and ancillary services through strategic outreach and in-club lead generation.

Responsibilities include hosting events, prospecting new clients, and building strong relationships with members. The role offers an incentive-based pay structure with competitive commissions and a complimentary club membership.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach for securing member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Under leadership of a GM and support of a Regional Sales Manager, promote all club services and products.
