Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in Boston, MA is seeking full-time Membership Sales Advisors to drive club membership growth and delivery of premium, hospitality-driven service in a luxury fitness environment. You will prospect, host events, and leverage member referrals while reporting to a General Manager and collaborating with a regional team to meet and exceed individual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships to prospective members.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Work under leadership of GM and regional sales team to participate in all club services and programs.
