Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a best-in-class guest experience and drive membership and retail sales in our New York area club. You will engage members, explain fitness offerings, and use our sales process to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities include onboarding new members, managing leads, promoting local campaigns, and maintaining a welcoming, clean club environment while supporting team goals and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred in fitness or retail.
• Knowledge of membership systems and POS operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new members and drive retention through.service excellence.
• Prospect and generate leads; promote local campaigns and memberships.
• Deliver engaging guest experiences and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment and teamwork
