Job summary

Elements Massage in Boise and Meridian, Idaho, seeks a Membership Sales Manager to lead membership growth and strengthen sales performance across both studios. You will drive initiatives, train WMAs, and ensure revenue targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will coach a team, analyze trends, and collaborate with management to implement improvements, with a schedule that supports evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Experience coaching or holding a team to performance goals.
• Confident in direct conversations about sales results and improvement.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication with customer service orientation.
• Proficient with computer systems; Mindbody experience is a plus.
• Willing to split time between Boise and Meridian studios.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Lead membership sales initiatives, and implement strategies to increase revenue and membership growth.
• Coach & Develop the Team: Train and mentor our Wellness Membership Advisors (WMAs) to improve sales techniques, build confidence, overcome objections, and increase individual performance.
• Create Accountability: Set clear expectations, follow up on individual and studio goals, identify performance gaps, and coach team members toward measurable improvement.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist with onboarding, monthly sales meetings, scheduling coverage, service standards, and communication with management regarding staff performance or recurring concerns.
• Analyze & Report Results: Review sales trends, identify opportunities, and collaborate with management on strategies to improve performance across both studios.

Membership Sales Manager

Elements Massage | Boise & Meridian, Idaho

Are you a motivated sales leader who knows how to drive results, coach a team, and create a culture of accountability? Elements Massage is looking for a Wellness Sales Manager to lead membership growth and strengthen sales performance across our Boise and Meridian studios.

Sales are the foundation of our business, and this role is responsible for driving that success. You will work alongside studio management to improve membership conversion, develop team sales skills, track performance, and ensure our studios consistently meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Lead membership sales initiatives, and implement strategies to increase revenue and membership growth.
• Coach & Develop the Team: Train and mentor our Wellness Membership Advisors (WMAs) to improve sales techniques, build confidence, overcome objections, and increase individual performance.

Position Details & Benefits

• Pay: $17–$19 per hour, plus monthly performance bonuses up to $1,000+ earning potential
• Hours: 30–35 per week
• Schedule: Open availability, including evenings and weekends
