Elements Massage is seeking a Sales Manager for Boise and Meridian studios to drive membership sales and create a welcoming, results-oriented environment. You will lead client outreach, coaching front desk staff, and collaborate with management to hit monthly targets, while promoting our Wellness Program.

This role suits a self-motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for wellness who thrives in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a service-based industry.
• High-energy and positive attitude with strong customer service.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale software or CRM systems (Mindbody preferred).
• Passion for wellness and knowledge of massage/skincare benefits is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Membership Growth Proactively engage and reach out to clients to drive membership sales, meet individual and team targets, and achieve conversion goals.
• Client Relationship Building Foster relationships with clients by understanding their wellness needs and educating them on the benefits of membership.
• Goal Setting & Tracking Collaborate with studio management to set monthly sales goals, track progress, and implement improvement strategies as needed.
• Sales Coaching & Team Support Provide a high-energy presence at the front desk, assisting with client check-ins, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Reporting & Analysis Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
