Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is hiring a Member and Guest Services Sales Coordinator in Baltimore, MD. You will promote memberships and programs, develop relationships with prospective and current members, and ensure exceptional service while adhering to JCC values.

You will manage memberships, perform tours, enter data into CRM, respond to inquiries promptly, and collaborate on events and promotions to grow revenue and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous consultative sales experience in a membership-driven organization.
• Background in a hospitality and/or retail environment.
• Outstanding communicator, connector, and relationship developer; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales goals through appointment scheduling, selling, relationship building and outreach/retention.
• Provide high level customer service and build long-lasting member relationships.
• Determine member needs via consultative sales and relationship building.
• Process membership applications and payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain CRM data and participate in events and promotions.
