Job summary

Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center in Houston is seeking a Member Services Sales Coordinator to promote memberships and programs, build relationships with members, and drive revenue growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will work with potential and current members, provide information about facilities and programs, and handle applications, renewals, and CRM updates in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous consultative sales experience in a membership-driven organization.
• Background in hospitality and/or retail environment.
• Outstanding communicator and relationship developer; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, digital tools, and cloud-based systems; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships and programs; schedule tours and build relations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Identify needs of prospective and current members through consultative approach.
• Maintain CRM data accurately and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Lead facility tours and participate in events and promotions.
• Coordinate membership applications and payments; support on-boarding processes.
