Job summary

The Jewish Community Center of Greater Baltimore is seeking an Impact and Innovation Coordinator to provide proactive operational and logistical support for JLife, Arts Enrichment, J NEXT and other large-scale events. You will help manage enrollment, procurement, event flow, communications, and program data to advance the JCC’s strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced nonprofit setting, and comfort using data

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in administrative support, program coordination, or events logistics preferred.
• Comfort working with data systems and willingness to learn tools like Salesforce or similar.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics including scheduling, room setup, supplies, vendor coordination, staffing, and communications.
• Maintain program data including attendance tracking.
• Assist with post‑event reports and budget tracking.
• Support with purchasing, reimbursements, and basic financial documentation.
• Help maintain calendars, files, and project tracking systems.
• Provide on‑site support for select programs, events, and community initiatives.
