Job summary

Galbut Family Miami Beach JCC seeks a proactive Membership Services Coordinator to enhance member onboarding, engagement, and retention. You will support the Service Desk, contribute to staff training, assist with membership sales and events, and maintain clear communication with staff and members.

The ideal candidate brings customer service experience in a nonprofit/hospitality setting, strong organizational skills, and flexibility for days, evenings, events, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or BA preferred.
• 4+ years in administrative/customer service and supervisory/management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and engage members; manage member relations.
• Support Membership Services Director; train and supervise Service Desk staff.
• Handle data entry, registrations, and membership accounting.
• Promote programs, respond to inquiries, and aid event planning.
