Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver a premier sales and service experience. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail products, and drive member acquisition and retention.

As a key front-line role, you will onboard new members, participate in local campaigns, and pursue leads to grow club profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales knowledge and experience.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment are required.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members and describes facility, equipment, and services aligned to goals.
• Enrols guests using company sales techniques and adheres to MAP when enrolling.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves personal and team sales goals.
• Prospects and generates leads through community outreach, referrals, and promotions.
