24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest experience and drive membership, fitness and retail sales. You will build relationships and translate the value of our offerings, with a strong focus on member acquisition and retention.

The SSE partners with the team to engage guests, enroll members, and support club profitability through effective use of sales tools and lead management.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of the fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of membership system software is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Executes the CARE sales model and relates how products/services satisfy fitness needs.
• Tours the club and describes facilities, equipment, and amenities tied to goals.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using tools.
• Enrols guests using company sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Generates leads and sets appointments; follows up on opportunities.
