Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver a premier sales and service experience to guests and members in Pleasanton, CA. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings while building relationships and driving acquisition and retention.

You will onboard new members, participate in local campaigns, and work toward individual and club revenue targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a friendly, engaging club presence.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members and describes facility, equipment, and services.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers using provided tools.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and aids retention to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds sales goals.
