Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) to deliver a compelling sales and service experience for guests and members. You will promote memberships, fitness products, and services, building relationships and driving member acquisition and retention.

You will onboard new members, educate them on facilities, and support on-going member engagement while meeting or exceeding sales goals. A commission plan enhances earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales experience and techniques.
• Good understanding of the fitness industry.
• Proficient with computers and POS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team collaboration.
• Experience with membership sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a best-in-class guest and member experience.
• On-board new members and drive retention to support club profitability.
• Prospect and generate leads through community outreach and on-site promotions.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals consistently.
