Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with potential and current members to drive loyalty and referrals.
• Achieve sales targets and manage CRM records.
• Attend promotional events, outreach initiatives, and local marketing efforts as needed.
• Collaborate with fitness center staff to ensure seamless member experience from sign-up to onboarding.
• Assist at our front desk by greeting everyone that comes in, answering phones, and talking to members.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
