Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized club environment by completing cleaning tasks and hourly club walks.
• Engage potential members through outreach methods (phone, text, email, in-person) during tours.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve member issues impartially and professionally.
• Greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist the front desk with tasks.
• Retain long-term clients and expand the studio's member base through sales and onboarding.
• Manage and organize marketing efforts both within and outside of the studio.
• Generate leads by doing outreach to prospects by phone, text, email, and at local events.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Previous experience in customer service, fitness, or a related field preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with outreach efforts such as phone calls, emails, texting, and in-person conversations
• Basic computer and administrative skills (POS systems, email, scheduling software, etc.)
• Willingness to maintain a clean and organized club environment
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• At least 1 year of sales experience or work in a similar role is preferred
• High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent
• Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
