Job summary

NFIB, the Voice of Small Business, seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership through in-person engagements with independent business owners. This field-based role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and full benefits.

You will deliver a proven 5-minute sales presentation, perform prospecting calls, close enrollments on the spot, and educate owners on NFIB advocacy at DC and state capitals. Training and support are provided for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with ownership of a project or territory.
• Relational grit to cold call face-to-face and build rapport with owners.
• Coach mentality with willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model.
• Mission-driven mindset focused on growing NFIB membership.

Responsibilities

• Prospect in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• Deliver NFIB 5-minute sales presentation masterfully.
• Close enrollments with an assumptive one-call close.
