Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in New York is seeking a friendly, outgoing member service associate to drive memberships and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment where confidence and positivity help you connect with leads and existing members.

Responsibilities include selling memberships, booking tours and follow-up appointments, answering questions about IR saunas, and keeping the studio clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer-service experience.
• Outgoing, confident personality with a team-first attitude.
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
• Ability to use CRM software to manage leads.

• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
