Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Boise, ID is seeking energetic, confident team members for the member service team. You’ll connect with guests, promote memberships, and create a welcoming, high-energy experience in our upscale wellness studio.

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based environment, manage leads in our CRM, book tours and follow-up appointments, and help maintain a spotless, inviting facility. Evening and weekend availability is required to match guest needs.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience required.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Outgoing, confident, and people-focused.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members and make them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/ cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain towel supply area and facility organization.
