An upscale sauna studio in Newport Beach is seeking enthusiastic member service team members. The role involves selling memberships, engaging with leads, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Candidates should bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and evening/weekend availability. Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area.
