Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking enthusiastic team members for our member service team in Illinois. You will sell memberships in a commission-based setting, engage with leads via our CRM, and highlight the benefits of IR Saunas while welcoming guests.

Expected duties include tours, answering questions, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining a welcoming, clean studio. Ideal candidates have a genuine desire to promote positivity, a proven attendance record, and prior sales experience.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience with a verifiable attendance history.
• Strong customer-service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and sauna rooms turnover.
• Maintain and organize towel supply area.
