Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Georgia is seeking a part-time member service associate with open availability. If you are passionate about health and wellness, confident, and outgoing, you’ll thrive on our high-energy team.

You’ll sell memberships on a commission-based plan, engage with leads via CRM, book tours and follow-ups, and ensure every guest feels welcome. Evening and weekend availability is required, with growth and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Willingness to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
