Perspire Sauna Studio of Closter is seeking enthusiastic team members for our member service team. You will promote health and wellness by selling memberships and delivering exceptional service in a fun, upbeat environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.

• Ability to maintain over 30% sales conversion with previous sales experience.
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships confidently in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and organize the towel supply area.
