Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Los Angeles is seeking a positive, results-driven member service team member to connect with guests and sell memberships in a commission-based environment.

You will reach out to leads using our CRM, book tours and follow-up appointments, and ensure every guest feels welcome while maintaining a clean, organized facility. Even­ing and weekend availability required; prior sales or hospitality experience preferred; opportunities for advancement.

• Consistent history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Ability to reach out to leads and promote services.

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize towel supply area.
