Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking enthusiastic team members for the member service role in Charlotte. You will connect with guests, promote memberships, and drive sales in a friendly, high-energy environment.

No prior experience required; comprehensive on-boarding and hands-on training are provided. Flexible shifts, advancement opportunities, and an open-door policy support your growth and success within the studio.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms, bathrooms and lobby.
• Maintain and organize the back office and towels area.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am -2:30 pm
• Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm - 9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 12:30 to 6:30 pm

• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms, bathrooms and lobby
• Maintain and organize the back office and studio’s towel supply area
