Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in New York is seeking a lively member service team member to drive memberships and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will connect with guests, promote IR sauna benefits, and work in a commission-based environment that rewards performance.

Ideal candidates are sales-minded, reliable, and able to work evenings and weekends. You will use our CRM to contact leads, set tours, and support studio operations while keeping the space welcoming and polished.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude.
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area.
