Perspire Sauna Studio of St Charles is seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our member service team. Here, you will sell memberships and promote the benefits of IR Saunas in a positive atmosphere. We value customer service and offer a fun working environment with flexible schedules.

Qualified candidates will have a sales background, an excellent attendance record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. We provide competitive pay plus commission and numerous employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• Verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships confidently in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and value of membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, ensuring a relaxed and welcoming environment.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and organize sauna rooms.
