Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio is seeking energetic team members for our member services team at our upscale sauna studio. You’ll sell memberships on a commission-based model, connect with leads via our CRM, and guide guests through the benefits of IR Saunas while delivering exceptional service.

No experience is required and comprehensive training is provided. We offer hands-on coaching, mentorship, and tailored 1:1 support after onboarding. This role promises growth with opportunities for advancement.

• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Below are our available shifts.

• Monday through Friday 630-12 pm
• Monday through Friday 12-4 pm
• Monday through Friday, 4:00-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1030 to 6:30 pm
