Perspire Sauna Studio of Virginia Highlands in Atlanta is hiring a friendly member service specialist. You will sell memberships in a commission-based environment and connect with guests to promote wellness.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, hands-on coaching, and mentoring by a team with 30 years of combined sales experience. Flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts and growth toward leadership roles are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote infrared saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain and clean the facility and sauna rooms.
• Manage towel supply and related tasks.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required, though experience in sales is a plus. We offer comprehensive training.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am-11:30 am,
• Monday through Friday, 11:30 am-4:30 pm,
• Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 11:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 3:30 to 8:30 pm

• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area
