Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Naperville seeks a personable member services representative to drive membership sales and lead follow-up in a high-energy setting. You will engage with guests, present studio benefits, and book tours and appointments.

Responsibilities include reaching out to leads via our CRM, answering questions about services, and ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained facility. Evening and weekend availability is required to support our flexible, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area.
